How It Works
A clear path from follow-up to the next appointment.
Start with your business and the customers who have not booked within a relevant period. We agree on whom to contact, what to say and how to handle the next step before outreach begins.
Discuss your repeat services, normal booking intervals, available capacity and the owner’s goal.
Work together to choose a manageable group of inactive customers. Consider their service history, contact eligibility, previous opt-outs and the reason for reconnecting. Inactivity depends on the service and each customer’s normal booking cycle.
Confirm the message, outreach method, timing, limits, available services and appointment slots. Agree on the booking or handoff process, responsibilities and fees before work begins.
Reach out using the approved approach and manage replies within the agreed scope. Clarify whether customers want to return, respect contact preferences and refer service-specific questions to your business.
Appointments may be arranged through your approved booking process when authorized, or interested customers may be handed back to you, according to the agreed campaign scope. Report outreach, responses and agreed next steps.
Booking responsibilities
Your booking process guides the next step.
Appointments may be arranged through your approved booking process when authorized, or interested customers may be handed back to you, according to the agreed campaign scope.
Your business stays in control
Your business approves services and appointment slots and remains responsible for advice, recommendations, treatment suitability where relevant, prices, discounts, deposits, cancellation rules and booking policies. You handle consultations, service delivery, payment collection and customer care.
Use a workable method
We agree how to work with your existing process before outreach begins. You do not need to buy a particular subscription or change booking software.
Reporting
A booking, a visit and a payment are different measures.
PPS can track outreach, replies and booking activity within the agreed scope. Attendance and collected revenue require confirmation from your business.
A customer may also return for other reasons. Reporting should not assume that every booking was caused solely by PPS. Appointments, attendance, sales, revenue and repeat visits are not guaranteed.
First, see whether it fits
Is there a suitable group of customers to reconnect with?
The first discussion considers your customer history, contact eligibility, repeat services and available capacity. The first engagement’s scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed before work begins.
Some businesses may need a one-time campaign; others may have a recurring need. Ongoing monthly service is not required.
